Return & Exchange Policy

At The Great Ikigai, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

 

 

1. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@thegreatikigai.com within 7 days of delivery.
 Include your Order ID, contact details, and reason for return.

 

 

2. Pickup & Return Process

Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will attempt pickup within 2–3 business days.
 If pickup fails after 3 attempts, you may self-ship the item (we recommend Speed Post).
 Please hand over the parcel only after receiving OTP confirmation from the courier partner.

 

 

3. Inspection & Credit

Returned items will be inspected within 3–4 business days after reaching our warehouse.
 If approved, the order value (after deducting logistics charges, if applicable) will be credited to your The Great Ikigai Wallet.
 Wallet credit is valid for 3 months and can be used for any future purchase.
 Refunds to bank accounts or cards are not available.

 

 

4. Return Package Guidelines

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • All tags and accessories must be intact.

 

 

5. Failed Quality Check

If the returned item does not pass our inspection, it will be sent back to you.
 A ₹149/- re-shipping charge will apply.

 

 

6. Wrong or Damaged Items

  • For wrong items, email us with photos/videos within 7 days of delivery. Pickup will be arranged at no extra cost.

  • For damaged items, you can request a replacement.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for wrong product or damage claims.

 

 

7. Eligibility

  • All products are eligible for returns unless marked otherwise.

  • Sale/offer items are non-returnable (exchange only).

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  • Exchange is not available for products below ₹999/-.

  • Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 

 

8. Mode of Credit

  • No refunds are processed to bank accounts or cards.

  • The exact purchase value (after applicable charges) will be credited to your The Great Ikigai Wallet.

  • Wallet credit is valid for 3 months and can be redeemed on any future purchase.

 

 

9. Important Notes

  • If wallet credit is not received within the mentioned time, please contact us at support@thegreatikigai.com.

  • Items purchased during Sale/Offers are eligible only for exchange, not return.
